Hello Sand Creek Parents:

Tomorrow is our first dual meet against the Greentree Gators.  I know all of our swimmers, coaches, parents and families are very excited to hit the pool.  Greentree is a very large team and the meet will be longer than usual.  Let's not extend this timeline because we can't find the necessary volunteers to run the meet efficiently.  I have many positions that need to be filled, and coincidentally the number of families that are registered for the meet but not scheduled to volunteer is close to the number of positions I need filled.  Our solution is to have the families that haven't signed up see the volunteer coordinator before the child will be allowed to check in tomorrow.  Also, please show up to your assigned shift.  It isn't fair to the person before you who is waiting to be relieved.  We will be announcing shift changes and paging missing volunteers.  If you do not know how to sign up, please see the following instructions:

• Click on "Swim Meets" along the red banner on top
• Next to the Sand Creek vs Greentree meet, click on the small middle box with a "V" in it
• The volunteer positions will load and you will be able to select a spot marked "volunteer needed"
