The 2015 Sand Creek Sea Lion Board would like your feedback on the season.  The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will help set the direction for the team next year – letting us know what you liked and/or disliked, along with suggestions for improvement.

The survey is anonymous (unless you give your contact information when asked if interested in serving on the board) and all results are compiled by our president and reviewed at our kick-off board meeting in September.
