Howdy Sea Lions!

 

      Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday and registered or turned in their checks. If you have not paid your registration fee or turned in your volunteer deposit please stop by Elizabeth Green's house (5227 Manor Glen Drive - place check(s) in the box in the umbrella holder on the front porch) and turn it in this week. Volunteer deposit checks will not be cashed unless the volunteer requirements are not met by the end of the season. 

Speaking of volunteer requirements....volunteer registration opens online tomorrow morning at 7am. Just log into your account and click on the "V" next to the swim meet you would like to sign up for. The requirements are 5 shifts and 1 concession stand shift for the season. 

Stroke camp starts a week from tomorrow. Please remember the first week or two in the pool it can still be a little chilly for the kiddos and bring extra towels and a change of clothes to warm them up. We will have hot chocolate available again this year.

3:30-4:15 6 & Under (New)

4:15-5:00 6 & Under (Returning)

5:00-5:45 7 & 8's

5:45-6:30 9 & Older

6:30-7:00 Flip Turn Camp (11 years and older)

 

Speaking of Stroke Camp...please consider helping us the first few weeks on deck or in the water. I promise it's not that bad! We could really use the help from parents before the coaches can return to the team full time. Please use the link below to sign up for a shift.

​Team suits and apparel:

Swim suits for boys and girls may be tried on and purchased from Swim Shops of the South West at 8041 FM 1960 Rd E, Humble, TX 77346.  Their opening hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will also be at the Sand Creek pool on Monday April 25th between 3:30 and 6:00 pm. We will have a new swim suit design available this year. 

Sea Lions Swim Caps and other Sea Lions merchandise will be available for sale at the pool on Monday April 25th between 3:30 and 6:00 pm, (first day of stroke camp) and on Monday May 2nd (first day of practice).
