Hi Sea Lion Families! 

We have had a great week of stroke camp so far. Thank you for all of your help!  Our coaches will begin to return to Kingwood during the 2nd week of practice and should all be here by our 2nd meet against FMKP.  Until then, we need your help to make practices safe and fun for our younger swimmers!  Anyone age 12 and up can sign up to be in the water helpers.  This is a great way for your tween/teen to get some experience "coaching" and earn some volunteer hours. Thank you in advance for your help!
