Sea Lions, 

We have our meet against the Fall Creek Flying Fish tomorrow! We are looking forward to a sunny day with lots of great swimming!  

 

A few notes for tomorrow:

 

Meet Address:  7930 Fall Creek Bend, Humble, TX 77396

 

Parking: A map of the parking areas is attached.  You can park along Mesa drive or Fall Creek Bend.  These are both very busy streets, so if you park along these streets I recommend dropping your gear and small children off at the pool first.  There is a drive through/drop off area right near the pool.  There is also parking at Fall Creek Elementary.  

 

Drive Time: Please note that this pool is about 30 minutes drive from our neighborhood.  Please plan accordingly to get your swimmer there in time for check-in.

 

Swimmer Check-In: 7:00-7:15.  Swimmers need to first check in at the Sea Lion table and then with their age group coaches.  If the coaches do not see the actual swimmer at 7:15, the swimmer will be removed from relays.  Please have your child there on time.  

 

Volunteer Check-In: Between 7:00-7:45am  Check in at the Sea Lion table and get your cards.  Don't forget to return your card to the volunteer file before you leave the meet!  

 

Warm-ups: Probably between 7:45-8:10, listen to the announcements for when to line up for this.  

 

Gear: There is not a lot of shady spots at this pool.  If you have tents, umbrellas etc you may want to bring them to keep you and your swimmer cool during the meet.  

 

Events: Remind your children that it is their responsibility to be in line when their event is called. Listen to the announcements so you know which event we are on and plan ahead. Swimmers are welcome to play between events, but they need to be where the age group parent can find them when it is time to line up.  

 

Heat Sheets: Please print your heat sheet ahead of time and bring with you if you would like one. It can be found under the swim meets tab next to the Fall Creek meet. Meet Vision will not be available for this meet.
