Hi Sea Lions!  We have another fun and busy weekend in store with the team party and Divisionals!  All the information you need for both events is included below.

Team Party Timeline: 

Open Swim – 5:00-5:30

Coach Led Games – 5:30-6:00

Food – 5:30-6:15

Awards – 6:15-7:30

Open Swim – 7:30-8:00

 

Team Party Food: Our awesome concessions team will be cooking up a feast for the team party!  We will have $1.00 hot dogs, candy, drinks, snow cones and chips and $2.00 hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and nachos!  Food will be served until we run out!  You are welcome to bring your own food/beverages to the party.  

 

Board Positions:  We have a few open positions on our swim team board for next season!  If you are interested in helping out please see a current board member for more information!  

 

Divisional Meet: Sand Creek has a designated row for set up in the parking lot.  Look for our tents when you get there. Check in will be right at 7:00am, please try to be on time.  All relay participants need to be at the meet by 7:00am to participate in the relay.  A few special notes from the meet coordinators:

- No set up in the stands

- No standing on the balcony rail

- Coolers are not permitted in the stands

- Please do not camp out in the stands.  Go watch your swimmer and then please exit so other parents can watch their swimmers. 

- Only authorized swimmers and personnel allowed on deck. 

- Heat sheets available to purchase for $5.00 at the concessions booth. 

- Please help clean up the area before you leave 

 

Volunteers Needed for Divisional Meet: If your child is swimming at Divisionals you are required to volunteer.  We still have several open volunteer positions.  Please consider a third shift position helping out the timers.  Thank you!

 

All-Stars & Ponderosa meet entries are due by midnight this Saturday. You do this by clicking on the swimmer icon next to the meet name. Click on the meet program to see if your swimmer has qualified for these meets.
