Asking for Sea Lions help and Meet Setup Info for Divisionals
It's the last big meet of the season before invitationals and we need one more rally from our awesome Sea Lions volunteers! Each team takes an area of responsibility at Divisionals in addition to our normal team duties. Our Ready Bench team is taking on the huge job of running Ready Bench for the whole meet. Do you know how slow a meet runs if we aren't on top of Ready Bench? Every team is providing ready bench volunteers to help, but right now we don't have enough 2nd and 3rd shift volunteers from our own team. Please cajole, beg, plead your family members from ages 13-99 to pick up an extra shift.
Have a great Divisionals Meet!
Arf! Arf!

Open Volunteer Shifts:
Computer Checker - 1st Shift Great job to pick - usually goes quickly
Meet Set Up - 1st Shift (One person) - We only have one person that has signed up for setup/takedown. Come on early risers - we need you!
Meet Tear Down/Cleanup - 2nd Shift (Two People) - Nobody has signed up to help us take down our equipment after the meet - the secret is we really aren't bringing that much stuff - no tents. Even if you've signed up for something else, please stick around and help us put away white resin chairs, age group trash cans, some coolers, etc.
Ready Bench - 2nd Shift (One Person)
Ready Bench - 3rd Shift (Two People)
Pool Access Helper - 2nd Shift (Two People) - This is bleacher control. It is critically important to control traffic so everyone gets to watch their kids.
Scribe - 3rd Shift - Can't run a meet without scribes!
We are primarily setting up inside so we are not bringing our team tents. Our fans will be used for Ready Bench. You are welcome to sit outside in the SCR designated area and bring your own tents/shade/chairs. For inside, bring your chairs. Please be courteous and leave pathways for everyone to get through. If you want to sit on a blanket that's great, but please leave room for everyone else.
Food/Drinks: There are five food trucks scheduled to be at the meet. We will bring coolers with the drinks we have left to sell for $1 donations (bring singles - honor box). We will also bring our remaining candy to sell for $1.
Bring your own breakfast items if you want to eat early but the El Guajillo truck will be serving steak, chorizo and potato and egg tacos for $3 per taco.
Heat Sheets: Divisionals Heat Sheets are printed for Divisionals with some cool team pages - available for $5. We will not be sending out heat sheets.
