Sea Lions,

Due to the threat of inclement weather on Saturday there will be availability of setup indoors in the Humble HS cafeteria and commons area.

Logistically, this is a long walk to the pool and communications are a bit sketchy at this point. We are working on solidifying those items but each team will have a designated indoor area. It will be tight. We will still have an outdoor area designated for Sea Lions setup. I will send a diagram of the assigned setup areas for indoor and outdoor as soon as they become available.  We plan on using FRS radios on channel 8 to communicate what event should be coming to the ready bench and relaying either through PA or bullhorn.

Outdoor Tent City

The outdoor setup area is located in the parking lot, just outside of the Natatorium and will be easily in hearing distance of all announcements. We do not plan on setting up the team tents or fans, so bring your own gear (tents and chairs) if you want to set up in this area.  There will be a designated area for generators, so you may need a long extension cord to run fans if you bring a generator.

Ready Bench

Ready bench will have a pre-staging area along the left side of the Natatorium and the main ready bench will be directly behind the building.

Parent's Entrance

Parents will enter the Natatorium from the rear of the building next to the ready bench and exit the doors closest to the parking lot where tent city is set up.

Concessions

We will have several food trucks setup adjacent to Tent City. Drinks will be sold by each individual team. You are welcome to bring your own beverages but we will have whatever drinks and candy we have left over from the dual meets available for sale using an honor box.  $1 per drink or candy item - bring some singles and come prepared.  Divisional meets usually last until about 3:00PM, but I think the swimmer count is down this year.  My guess is that barring any weather delays we could be finishing up by 2:00PM.

Divisional Rules:

1. No setup in the stands.
2. No standing at the balcony rail.
3. Coolers are not permitted in the stands.
4. Only authorized swimmers and personnel allowed on deck.
5. No tents allowed inside the building.
6. Heat sheets are available at the Concession Stand $5.00 each; If swimmer is late, report to team rep/coach immediately so swimmer can be seeded in the meet appropriately.
7. Please report to you Volunteer positions promptly.
8. Please do not leave your Volunteer position until your replacement arrives and you have shared duty information.
9. Please know who your Team Rep is and their alternates.
10. Refer any protests to the Team Rep or designee.
11. Please keep team areas clean and aisle ways clear.
