Howdy Sea Lions!

The season is upon us but it's not too late to register if our Sea Lion swimmers have any friends who would like to join! Registration continues with no late fees until this Sunday. 

Parking: Please, only park on the pool side of Timbershade and remember we can't block driveways or street entrances. We do have lots of bike racks at the pool :-).

Volunteer info went out this morning. Please, review and let us know if you have any questions. Volunteer sign-up will open the Monday before each meet. 

Remind set-up to get text messages this season. This is another way we will communicate with the team about weather, practices, meets etc. Text 81010 with @scsealions to join our Remind group.

Meet sign-up is now open for the Red vs Black meet. Please, log in and select whether your swimmer(s) will be attending by Monday April 30th. Meet sign-up will open up on the Saturday before the next meet and close on the Monday before the meet at noon. For all meets except Red VS Black you will be asked to select 3 events for your swimmer to swim in. You will also be asked if your swimmer is available for a relay. These aren't guaranteed but your swimmers preference. Coaches have the final selection in what events the swimmers will swim in (esp if we need a time for your swimmer in that event).

Evaulations for new swimmers 8 & Under were done this past Saturday (big thanks to everyone who braved the water!). If you were not able to make it Saturday then check in with Natalie Lindberg or Mary Krebs today to get your evaluation. 

Suits are available from Swim Shops of the South West at 8041 FM 1960 Rd E, Humble, TX 77346. Their opening hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will also be at the Sand Creek pool on Tuesday May 1st between 3:30 and 6:00 pm. New (and cheaper) suit for this year!

Registration payment is due by the end of this week if you selected the "check" option. Please, drop off at Elizabeth Greens house in the box on the front porch. 5227 Manor Glen drive Kingwood, TX 77345 (7 houses down from the pool).

Pep Rally will be May 4th at the Sand Creek pool.

Team Pictures will be May 14th at the Sand Creek pool.

Spirit night will be May 22nd at Kingwood Chick-Fil-A.

Stroke Camp is April 23rd-27th:

6&Under (new swimmers): 3:45-4:15pm

6&Under (returning): 4:25-4:55pm

7/8's: 5:05pm-5:35pm

9&Up: 5:45-6:30pm

Flip turn camp: 6:30-7pm

Practice times

April 30th-June 1st:

6&Under: 3:45-4:30pm

7/8's: 4:30-5:15pm

9/10's: 5:15-6:00pm

11&Up: 6:00-6:45pm
